The staff at Adsdean are fully trained and are experts in their field, which means the best possible
service for you. If you have a question, request or minor query the members of staff will be more than happy to help whether it be an unusual cut of meat, cooking tips, or you have a specific order for a party or event you are holding (including hog roasts etc).
Methods Though we try to use mostly modern equipment, we do still take
pride in practising traditional methods to optimize the quality of the produce. Examples of this include the beef, which is hung for a minimum of two weeks to enhance the flavour and tenderness of the meat. There is no quick turnaround and chemical additives to help with the tenderness and colouring, as found in many supermarket meats!
Bacon and Cooked Meats... the best for miles around
Customers can enjoy the best in bacon all year round as we are able to make bacon on site using our pork. The bacon is all home dry cured and home smoked as opposed to wet cured and colour added for the smoke effect! We do home cooked ham, ox tongue, salt beef, Pastrami. We also sell quiches, mature Cheddar, Cornish Yarg and Camembert.
During the summer we offer some of the best cuts for the BBQ including a variety of fresh and frozen
sausages, kebabs, steaks and 100% beef burgers. Game: Venison off the Farm, local pheasants, partridges, rabbits and pigeon breasts.
Christmas Christmas is our busiest time of year. We are able to offer an order and collection service to meet all your festive needs. We do a range of turkeys - fresh, frozen and free range, as well as geese, ducks, gammon and other cuts of meat. We hope that we can meet all the requests. Please contact us for more details.
